Other historical issues include a boiler-related violation from August 2022 resulting in a $625 penalty regarding oil pump maintenance and equipment requirements. However, it's worth noting that there have been no reported bedbug infestations or rodent problems in recent years, with the most recent inspection showing compliance in July 2017 and multiple reports showing zero infestation counts in 2021, 2022, and 2024. The building's heat and hot water system appears to be a persistent challenge, with multiple instances of similar complaints suggesting ongoing infrastructure concerns.
