The property, currently owned by Joanne Liang, has encountered several significant regulatory issues over the past few years, with the most notable cluster of violations occurring in 2022 and early 2023.

In July 2022, complaints were filed regarding an illegal curb cut/driveway/carport and an illegal conversion. These complaints led to multiple environmental control board violations on December 2, 2022, involving observed occupancy contrary to department records, illegal front yard parking (noted with a gray Volkswagen SUV, NY HLM4583), and unauthorized modifications to the property's front yard area.
