The three-story, two-family house at 58-37 College Point Blvd in Flushing, owned by Tianli Li, was constructed in 2016 and has experienced recurrent issues since at least 2022. The building has faced multiple heat and hot water problems, with seven documented complaints between 2022 and 2025, most recently in March and April 2025.

These complaints have often resulted in violations, though some inspections were unable to gain access to the affected units. While one heat/hot water violation from March 2025 was documented as corrected, several other complaints from September 2022 resulted in violations for inadequate hot water supply in Apartment 3, located on the third story.
