The building has experienced recurring issues with heat and hot water systems, particularly in January 2022 when multiple emergency complaints were filed regarding lack of these essential services throughout the entire building.

Other significant maintenance concerns have emerged over the years, including a pattern of unaddressed maintenance requests, particularly in 2024 and 2023, where inspectors were unable to gain access to units to verify reported problems with a refrigerator, heat/hot water, and toilet plumbing.
