The building has experienced recurring issues with heat and hot water, particularly during the winter months of 2023-2025, with multiple complaints registered through HPD regarding building-wide outages. Most recently, complaints were logged in January 2025, December 2024, and several instances in December 2023, though in many cases, HPD inspectors found that heat and hot water had been restored by the time of their visit.
