Most notably, there have been recurring heat and hot water system problems, with three separate incidents reported in March 2025 affecting both individual apartments and the entire building.

The building also experienced a power outage in May 2025, though inspections by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) found no housing law violations in these cases. Multiple non-emergency issues have been reported and resolved, including water leaks, paint/plaster concerns, and plumbing problems, with some complaints about sanitation conditions (specifically pests) and paint/plaster issues receiving no direct inspection results.

During construction in 2022-2023, the building experienced several regulatory inspections and complaints, primarily concerning construction safety compliance and sidewalk shed issues, though most of these matters were resolved through rescinded stop work orders or by serving Oath violations.
