Despite the various maintenance challenges, it's worth noting that the building has maintained a consistent record of zero bedbug infestations reported over the past several years, with multiple certificates confirming no affected units from 2019 through 2024. While the building has experienced multiple infrastructure and maintenance issues, recent patterns suggest some improvements in response times and resolution rates, particularly regarding the documentation and correction of safety violations.
