This two-family house at 125-11 Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill, owned by Franchesca Persaud, has experienced several significant maintenance issues since early 2023. Most notably, there has been an ongoing concern with heat and hot water systems, with multiple emergency complaints filed in January 2024 alone (on the 5th, 17th, and 20th), though not all inspections were successful.
