The three-family residential building at 101-25 106th Street in Ozone Park, owned by Farhana Islam, has experienced notable issues in 2018 that merit attention. The property, constructed in 1960, underwent multiple inspections in July 2018 following 311 complaints regarding safety concerns with fire escapes and sprinklers, as well as general issues with cabinets.
