The three-story, three-unit residential building at 135-37 82nd Avenue in Briarwood, owned by Alex Omrani, has experienced several notable maintenance issues in recent years. Most significantly, Apartment 3 has documented ongoing violations from May 2022, including scalding hot water exceeding 148 degrees (Class C violation), a broken or defective bathtub/shower body handle (Class B violation), and a roach infestation (Class C violation).
