The three-story, two-family house at 175-25 Jamaica Avenue, built in 1931 and currently owned by 175 25 LLC, has experienced numerous maintenance issues over the past year, with the most significant concerns centering around basic apartment services and structural elements. The property has encountered recurring problems with heating and hot water systems, with at least three documented incidents between January 2025 and May 2025.
