The three-story, 3-unit residential building at 87-18 169th Street in Jamaica Hills, owned by Yizhaq Benshabat, has experienced several significant maintenance and compliance issues in recent years. The most pressing concerns occurred in September 2020, when multiple emergency maintenance complaints were filed regarding plumbing problems (including toilet issues), unsanitary conditions (including sewage, mold, and pest problems), and ceiling plaster issues.
