The 6-unit, 3-story apartment building at 89-14 South Conduit Avenue in Howard Beach, owned by S. Conduit LLC, has experienced several notable maintenance issues since its construction in 2005. Most significantly, there are multiple active and recently documented sanitation and maintenance concerns, including recurring mold problems, water leaks, and heating system failures.
