The three-story residential building at 11-29 McBride Street in Bayswater, owned by Brian Hardeen, has experienced several maintenance issues since its construction in 2006. Most recently, there was an unsanitary condition related to pests reported in October 2023, though HPD was unable to gain access to inspect. Earlier in 2023, there were concerns about wiring issues (reported as an emergency) and problems with an electric/gas range, neither of which resulted in violations upon inspection.
