The two-family house at 31-02 Dwight Avenue in Bayswater, owned by Usman Nazir, has experienced significant heating system issues over the past two years. From October 2022 through February 2023, there were eight documented complaints to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) regarding heat and hot water problems, affecting both individual apartments and the entire building.
