This three-unit residential building, located at 30-06 Lewmay Road in Far Rockaway and owned by First Guardian Corp, has experienced significant maintenance issues over the past two years (2024-2025). While the property has consistently filed bedbug reports showing no infestations over the past several years, the numerous unresolved maintenance issues, particularly those affecting habitability and safety, represent the most significant current concerns for the building.
