The building has a concerning history of water-related issues, with multiple complaints recorded between 2019 and 2020. Most notably, there were four reported incidents of heavy flow water leaks in December 2019, three incidents of water leaks in March 2019, and a slow leak in March 2020, some of which resulted in violations being issued by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
