The 2-family house at 508 Beach 43rd Street in Edgemere, built in 2007 and currently owned by Israel Revivo, has experienced several maintenance issues throughout 2020. The most significant problems occurred in late 2020, when there were multiple complaints regarding heat/hot water systems, electrical issues, and appliance problems, including an electric/gas range.

These issues triggered inspections by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), resulting in violations for electrical lighting issues and flooring problems. The property also faced plumbing concerns, including both slow and heavy water leaks, and issues with cabinets, walls, and general maintenance requiring attention. While some violations were subsequently addressed and closed, several remain open as of the latest available data, indicating ongoing maintenance concerns that warrant attention.
