The three-story, seven-unit building at 62 Wall Street in St. George, owned by Thomas Cordasco, has experienced several notable events since records began.

Most recently, in late 2024 and through 2025, the building successfully maintained a bedbug-free status for the third consecutive year, with no reported infestations or necessary eradication efforts during the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 reporting periods. Prior to this clean track record, the building faced some maintenance challenges in 2021 when residents filed complaints regarding paint and plaster issues affecting walls, both through 311 and the Housing Maintenance Code; however, these cases were ultimately closed with no violations found by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development in March 2022.

A more serious structural concern emerged in March 2020, when the Department of Buildings investigated and documented issues with a retaining wall exhibiting vertical cracks and leaning towards the sidewalk, measuring approximately 120 feet by 4 feet.
