Most recently, in April 2025, there was a complaint regarding a defective boiler, though no violations were found upon inspection. In April 2024, the building attracted attention for multiple complaints related to work without permits, with a total of six such complaints filed around the same time period, all of which were closed with no violations found during inspections.
