The two-family house at 100 Dubois Avenue in Randall Manor, built in 1899 and currently owned by Cheryl Hayden, has experienced several notable maintenance issues over the past few years. Most recently, in October 2023, there was a heat and hot water emergency affecting the entire building, though these services were reportedly restored within days of the complaint.

Between October 2018 and March 2019, the building faced multiple maintenance challenges, including plumbing issues in multiple units (toilets and sinks), wall paint/plaster concerns, and problems with door functionality. During this period, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development conducted inspections but found no violations in several cases, though violations were issued for wall paint/plaster issues on October 12, 2018.
