The two-family house at 426 Little Clove Road in Castleton Corners, owned by Cemalj Capric, was built in 1975 and consists of two stories. The property experienced a significant cluster of maintenance issues in late 2021, with multiple 311 service requests and Housing Maintenance Code complaints filed in September-October 2021, all of which were subsequently closed.
