Most recently, in July 2023, there was a heat/hot water complaint for the entire building that was investigated by HPD but resulted in no violations.

Additional concerns include a water supply plumbing issue in February 2021 that was inspected but not resulting in violations, and a rodent problem documented through multiple inspections between 2010 and 2020, with the most recent complaints in March 2020 showing rat activity. The building has undergone several inspections and received various violations over the years, including issues with the building entrance door lock, heating system access, and hot water temperature regulation. While some violations have been resolved, as evidenced by their "Closed" status, several remain open as of the latest inspection in March 2023, indicating ongoing maintenance and compliance issues that require attention.
