The 6-unit, 3-story building at 28 Florida Avenue in Arrochar, owned by Brian Karastanovic, has a concerning history of maintenance issues since 2021, with several open violations as of 2024. Most notably, there are three open violations related to annual bedbug reporting requirements from 2022-2024, and significant safety concerns from 2022 including locked cellar access to heating systems (Class C violation) and multiple issues in Apartment 3R involving window repairs and safety devices.
