The property's most significant incident occurred in July 2019, when multiple complaints were filed regarding a lack of heat and hot water affecting the entire building.

While these complaints were classified as emergency situations, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development was unable to gain access to any units during their inspection attempt, resulting in the case being closed without resolution. In more recent years, the building has been subject to three inspections by the Department of Buildings, with all resulting in no violations.

In March 2025, an inspection following a complaint about an unpermitted modification found no issues, and a similar outcome occurred in April 2024 regarding concerns about an inadequate sprinkler system. Additionally, an investigation into an alleged illegal conversion in July 2020 also cleared the property of any violations.
