The two-family house at 4 Penn Avenue in Oakwood, owned by Eric Moore, has experienced several notable incidents over the past few years that warrant attention. Most recently, in June 2024, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) found unsanitary conditions related to an unspecified animal on the property, with follow-up inspections planned due to the identified violations.
