177 Mosely Avenue, a two-family house located in Huguenot and owned by Giuseppe Conenna, has experienced several significant maintenance issues over the past few years. Most recently, in February 2023, there was a heat and hot water complaint that required emergency response, though inspectors were unable to gain access to the apartment for verification.
