The two-family residential building at 84 Lucille Avenue in Rossville, owned by Bart Varvara and constructed in 1984, experienced a series of significant maintenance issues in March 2019, all of which were addressed and generally resolved. During late March 2019, the property was subject to multiple complaints and inspections regarding unsanitary conditions, including mold, sewage problems, and flooring concerns.
