The two-family house at 32 Trina Lane in Rossville, owned by Xubi Dong and constructed in 2004, has experienced several maintenance issues over the past two years. In May 2023, the building faced multiple ventilation system complaints, with at least one resulting in housing violations, while another ventilation-related complaint from May 2023 was marked as "non-emergency" and closed without violations.
