2500 Audubon Pl

The two-family dwelling at 2500 Audubon Place in the Parker Lane neighborhood, currently owned by David Sediqi, was constructed in 1967 and has recently experienced a cluster of activity in 2026 that warrants attention. Most notably, there was a code complaint filed in December 2024 regarding land use violations, which though classified as priority 3, has since been closed. The building has generated multiple service requests in 2026, with three specific environmental or infrastructure concerns occurring in May 2026 alone: two requests for Code Officer intervention, one of which remains open; a tree and environmental complaint; and an environmental spills incident, all of which were handled by various city departments including Development Services and Watershed Protection. Additional municipal service requests include traffic sign maintenance and debris in the street, both of which were addressed and closed by the Austin Transportation and Public Works department in June 2026. While the building itself has generated relatively few direct complaints over the past seven years (with only one code complaint recorded), the recent spike in service requests suggests increasing interaction with city services, particularly in environmental and infrastructure matters.
