Augrented turns the building records cities already publish into a plain-English risk report for any address, covering 347,574 buildings across New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Austin.
Augrented is a building-records service for people deciding where to live and companies deciding what to own. It gathers the violation, complaint, permit, inspection and sales records cities already publish, ties them to a single address, and returns a graded report: what has gone wrong in the building, how often, who owns it, and how it compares with the rest of the neighbourhood. Coverage stands at 347,574 buildings across New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Austin.

- Minimum size
- Symbol 20 px or 6 mm wide. Horizontal lockup 100 px or 26 mm.
- Symbol alone
- Only where the surrounding text already names Augrented. Otherwise use a lockup.
One blue, one ink, three grades
The three grade colours carry meaning in the product — they mark how a building scores. Don't use them decoratively. Select a swatch to copy its hex.
