The Business plan is designed for teams, tenant advocacy organizations, property managers, and agencies who need multi-user access to building reports with centralized billing and pooled credits.

How multi-user access works

Each member of a Business plan account gets their own login, dashboard, and saved buildings — but the organization shares:

  • A pooled credit balance — Premium report credits are allocated from a shared pool rather than per-user
  • Centralized billing — One Stripe subscription for the entire organization
  • Admin management — Designated admins can add and remove team members

This means one person pays the bill, and the whole team draws from the same credit pool. No individual subscriptions per person.


Managing team members

Admins can: - Invite new members — Send an invite link to a colleague's email - Remove members — Revoke access immediately when someone leaves the team - Transfer admin rights — Hand over billing and member management to another user

Each team member uses their own email and password to log in (via Stytch, the same authentication system used by individual accounts). All activity stays associated with the individual member — watch lists, saved buildings, and search history are private to each user.


Credit pooling

The Business plan includes 50 premium reports per billing period, available to any member of the organization. Unused credits from one period do not roll over to the next.

If the team needs more than 50 premium reports in a period, additional credit bundles can be purchased at the organization level. Purchased credits never expire and are shared across the team just like the subscription credits.
