The property has experienced multiple significant maintenance challenges over the past few years, particularly in 2021, when a cluster of 10 complaints was filed in August alone, including issues with flooring/stairs, water leaks, paint/plaster (ceiling), electrical wiring, plumbing (bathtub/shower), electrical outlets/switches, windows, and appliances.
