This four-story, three-unit Old Law Tenement building was constructed in 1887 and is currently owned by Anthony Aulisa. The property has experienced several significant maintenance issues, particularly in February 2022 when multiple violations were documented in the fourth-floor apartment, including problems with heating, roof leaks, plaster surfaces, radiator issues, and deficiencies in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. A carbon monoxide safety complaint was filed in January 2022, which resulted in violations being issued by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

In December 2022, another door-related complaint was filed that was not able to be inspected by HPD, and in 2021 there were issues with garbage/recycling storage and general maintenance concerns for the janitorial services that were subsequently addressed with no violations found. The fourth-floor apartment has since required multiple repairs, including roof repairs to address leaks and various other maintenance items. The apartment experienced temperature control issues with hot water exceeding 130 degrees at fixtures, though these violations have been marked as closed.

Importantly, there have been no documented bedbug infestations in the building since at least 2019, with consistent reporting of zero infested or re-infested units in the annual filings. Most recently, in March 2025, two permits were issued for unspecified work under the Electrical and Wiring category, suggesting ongoing maintenance or improvements to the building's systems. A gas utility referral was made in January 2022, though inspectors were unable to gain access after two attempts in September 2022.
