The two-story, three-unit building at 1350 41st Street in Borough Park, owned by Bais Simcha Inc, has experienced several recurring regulatory compliance issues over the past five years. Most notably, there has been an ongoing pattern of violations related to bedbug reporting compliance, with housing maintenance code violations issued in 2022, 2023, and most recently in April 2024, all citing non-filing of the required annual bedbug reports as per HPD rules.
