The building has experienced recurring heat and hot water issues, with complaints filed in both November 2022 (affecting the entire building) and most recently in November 2023 (affecting a single apartment).

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to gain access to perform an inspection in 2022, though they did inspect the more recent complaint and found no violations.
