The three-story, three-unit tenement building at 374 Bay Ridge Avenue in Bay Ridge, owned by Lisa Leela Arjoonsingh, has a persistent record of administrative violations related to bedbug reporting requirements under the Housing Maintenance Code. Between 2021 and 2024, the building has received four consecutive Class A violations for failing to file annual bedbug reports as required, with the most recent violation recorded in April 2024 still remaining open.

The building has also experienced multiple complaints regarding alleged unpermitted work during the 2020-2022 period, particularly in 2021 when there were four consecutive complaints about work without a permit in an occupied multiple dwelling.
