The two-family home at 2712 Avenue N in Midwood, owned by Rami Esses, has experienced several noteworthy incidents since 2019, with the most significant occurring in mid-2019 when the property received multiple violations related to unsanitary garbage and recycling storage conditions.

These violations, documented by both the Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Housing Maintenance Code, specifically cited the failure to provide sufficient and proper metal receptacles for waste disposal in the yard section at the west side of the property. While these violations were ultimately closed following inspection in June 2019 and certification in July 2019, they represent the only documented housing maintenance issues on record during this period.
