2019-11-27T00:00:00.000Z interior work clean up standards 1001d, k sfhc , 327.4.4.1 sfebc the containment barriers put in place at the time of repair prevented migration into the other rooms, however, the kitchen area was left unprotected. the microwave has dozens of condiments on top of it. the counters have dishware and flatware out. there is visible work debris on all of these items and there is no way to determine if it is from the existing building materials or the new product brought in for repairs. at the completion of work, remove all work debris from the regulated area. such efforts shall include but not be limited to hepa vacuum cleaning and wet clean with detergent any exposed interior horizontal and vertical surfaces, personal belongings, appliances in the regulated areas (the kitchen). debris shall be double bagged and duct taped and disposed of in an approved manner. lead debris is a toxic hazard and must be disposed of as such. at the conclusion of this cleaning you are required to provide certification from a qualified lead testing laboratory to show that all lead based debris has been removed. building sectionnot active
