Bedroom/living room bay window, one does not close properly. mold on the wall and under the tray/radiator. casement window, window has mold from when the bathroom sink was clogged. bedroom mattress is split on the side and stuffing is coming out. bathroom sink, theres a pipe underneath that has mold on the gasket, and slow drain. toilet is not working properly, not flushing all the time, leaking on to the floor and mold on the flooring. bathtub drain is slow. kitchen sink has a leak, back of kitchen cabinet has mold from the leak.
