Date last observed: 16-apr-26; time last observed: 11:00; floor: 4; unit: 44; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling water intrusion; dilapidated structure; leaking ceiling; structural problems; ; additional information: on march 13, 2026, a leak originating from the unit above mine caused active water intrusion through my kitchen ceiling, with visible water flow. a work order was submitted to building management that same day. on march 20, 2026, as a direct result of the unresolved leak and ongoing water damage, a wall-mounted kitchen cabinet located above the sink detached from the wall and fell to the floor at approximately 2:38 a.m. the wall material had become saturated and weakened, causing the mounting hardware to fail. a second work order was submitted immediately following this incident. although the active leak has since been contained, the resulting water damage to the ceiling and wall remains unrepaired. as of today, no remediation
