2024-04-15T00:00:00.000Z repair damaged walls and ceiling and paint 1001 b13, d, l, 1301 sfhc most of the ceiling and much of the wall surfaces in this unit have suffered from water damage. the paper has seperated from the gypsum in the drywall on inside corners in the living room and bedroom. the fasteners and drywall seams are popping in every room. anywhere that water damage is evident should be removed 12" beyond any watermarks. remove all damaged and/or contaminated material and replace with new, stabilize remaining material, plaster, prep, prime and paint to complete these repairs. if mold should be found in the course of doing this work, a environmental remediation crew should be enlisted to complete this repair. building sectionnot active
