Most notably, two substantial renovation projects were completed in 2021 and 2022, involving kitchen and bathroom remodels in Unit 3, including the installation of new fixtures, electrical systems, and the conversion of bathtubs to showers.

Both renovation projects included comprehensive updates to plumbing and electrical systems, with the 2022 renovation adding a subpanel and new electrical infrastructure, while the 2021 renovation incorporated multiple recessed lights and outlets improvements.
