Customer states: talk to ramon, the worker, from clover green cleaners to access common area at the lower level of deck. the problem is at the basement level. the trunk is on the wood deck level. no on that lives in the residential area of the building never use that space. we are not supposed to use it. all of this planters are in cloth containers. this individual, his name is blake. there is not history of the family being diligent. not all the containers, on the lower level, some plants are in oversized cloth/canvas containers. the tools are left out by black, in plain view. the plants were installed on 03/22/2026. on the 03/23/2026 one of the four overhead lights were broken and blake has not replaced it. **please call between 8:00 am - 11:30 am, m-f
