The three-story, six-unit multi-family residential building at 3892 Sacramento St in Presidio Heights, built in 1918 and currently owned by Lisa Fong Survivor's Trust, has undergone significant improvements and maintenance work over the past several years. Most notably, in 2022, the building received a fire safety upgrade with the installation of low-frequency sounders in all sleeping areas to comply with San Francisco Fire Department requirements.
