Most notably, in early 2022, Units 1 and 4 underwent substantial kitchen and bathroom renovations, including cabinet and counter replacements in both units' kitchens, accompanied by electrical upgrades and plumbing work to replace bathtubs and faucets, with each renovation costing approximately $2,000.
