The two-unit residential building at 659 4th Avenue in the Inner Richmond, owned by Manuel Vicenta M & Rudy M & identified as a 2-story flats and duplex structure built in 1907, has experienced several notable incidents over the past decade. The most recent issue, dating to May 2022, involves waste management concerns with garbage toters being left out continuously, which remains open as of the last report.
