The two-unit residential building at 710-712 16th Avenue in the Central Richmond neighborhood, owned by the Chou Family Revocable Living Trust, has undergone significant renovations and improvements since 2018. Most notably, between late 2021 and early 2022, substantial work was completed including voluntary structural upgrades to the entire house, kitchen relocations, bathroom additions (new bathroom in master suite), laundry room relocations, and the conversion of a brick fireplace to an electric one.
