Lack of heat night to early am and during day. i called before and the building inspector reached out to landlord to have them leave on the boiler 24/7 for access to heat. that last about a few weeks before it only comes on twice a day again.

There is mold all over the rug, on the walls, the couch and on pillows in the living area and also in the bathroom. mold is due to a leaking radiator. the landlord came in when the tenant was out of town to turn off the radiator. however, when the landlord left they left windows open allowing the mold to grow.
