The two-unit multi-family residential building at 2139 Judah Street in San Francisco's Central Sunset neighborhood is a two-story flats and duplex structure built in 1946, currently owned by Jeffery Z He and Qi Han. The property has undergone several significant modifications over the past three decades, with the most substantial renovation occurring in 2012 when a comprehensive ground floor remodeling project was completed, adding a gameroom, exercise room, bathroom, and associated plumbing and electrical systems at a cost of $10,000. This 2012 renovation included the installation of new electrical infrastructure with 2x100amp service panels and a 60amp subpanel, comprehensive lighting and electrical features, as well as laundry facilities.

Earlier attempts to expand the building in 1989 were unsuccessful, with two separate permit applications for adding bedrooms and bathrooms at the rear of the building being cancelled. A 1996 reroofing project is also recorded, though its permit has since expired. The property has experienced several infrastructure-related issues in recent years, with the most significant being a collapsed sidewalk reported in November 2022, which required utility intervention.
